GRANITE

Granite is the hardest of all building stones with a very dense grain, making it virtually impervious and uniquely applicable for any interior use. Minerals within granite typically appear as small flecks throughout the stone, creating a "salt and pepper" look. Other types have veining similar to marble. Granite is extremely hard and durable, and is practically scratchproof. It can be highly polished or finished in a variety of other ways, and is easily cleaned due to its low porosity. A broad spectrum of colors is available. If polished, its high-gloss finish will endure even in harsh environments. These characteristics are ideal for countertops and flooring, making granite a reliable stone for these applications.

The use of Granite is almost limitless from a kitchen worktop to floors and walls offering an elegant and practical solution to many design issues.
